Crafted from organically-grown Moso bamboo, the knife block is strong and durable for continued use. If cleaning is need, simply wipe the knife block down with a damp cloth; Do not soak or wash in the dishwasher. The in-drawer knife block measures 17 inches by 5-1/4 inches and is 2 inches high.
